Interview with Princessica, the new age rocky elecrotica girl

AD: So, you've got a single out, called "Everything is mine". Is that song based on anything?

P: Well, yeah. A ex boyfriend of mine, called me up, and confessed his love for me. My life was going so good (we hadn't talked for away), and when he said that, it flipped over, and my life was upside down.

AD: Wow I feel ya sista. Are you planning on making anymore music?

P: Sometime. I'm so busy lately, it's crazy. I hope to make a short cd sometime, so I guess I'll have to talk to my wonderful producer about that. Will Haze is God!

AD: Busy with what?

P: I just moved, so I have to unpack everything and it's a neverending process. I started a new school so I have to catch up with everyone else. Everything seems to be happening here, right now.

AD: You're still in school? How do you like it?

P: School is crazy. I used to go to a very small school (50 students) and now I'm in a huge as f*ck one. I'm trying to get used to the cliques, and all that good stuff.

AD: So there are cliques?

P: Yeah. A lot. At my school, there are the freaks, punks, "popular people" and wanna be thugs. There are these 3 great girls I see around though. They have an individual taste in style, and I am in awe.

AD: Individual as in...?

P: They make their own clothes and have haircuts I've never seen anywhere else.

AD: What "clique" would you say you're in?

P: I'm new, so I hang out with whoever will can stand me. But there's a couple people who are really great to me, and they all are different. I don't think I'd be in a clique even if I wasn't new though, because I talk to anyone and everyone.

AD: What do you think your worst quality is?

P: I am way too honest, and am known to be blunt. I need to learn to keep my mouth shut sometimes.

AD: Don't we all? Do you have a "significant other"?

P: Yeah, though I don't know how significant he is in my life right now. He lives in Cali, and I'm here in Detroit (yay!). We've been together almost 9 months now. I dunno though.

AD: You dunno what?

P: What I'm going to do. It's really hard with him so far away, because I'm a very affectionate person and need to feel and touch.

AD: Is music the center of your life, or would you like it to be?

P: Not at all! I like to make music, but it's private for me, and I never imagined it being published. It's like a journal or something.

AD: What was the first song you wrote?

P: I made a song up when I was in the bathroom called "My dad is a hippopotamus" when I was like 5.

AD: Well, our times up so thank you very much. I hope to hear more soon.

P: Thank you.
